I don't really like the logo, but I can't really tell much from a tiny screenshot.

Also I liked your first logo better just was pixelated. If you did it with the shapes tool it would have been fine

I'm subjective... me no likey the color red xP
I also don't like it when the page body is colored anything but white, black or gray >.<... try a light gray instead of the pink.
But staying as objective as possible, it looks like a great skin
I think it needs a background... even if it's just a gradient, or a very light texture... Also, the font (on the navbars) doesn't suit the logo.
And yeah, the site linked to your contact doesn't exist.

So much to say.

You obviously know CSS/HTML and possibly JS or a member on your forum does.

Design needs work:
-Logo isn't that great
-Texture in background and such is to much
-Navigation font needs to be better (simple is usually better)

Lets see what others say.

hmm i will try to fix Them xD, Its Still Beta -.-' , BTW : I Got No Members Yet Till Now Except Me And My Brother And Test Account

-Background Fixed.

Alright well I am at work but really quickly:
-Make the navigation a San Serif font
-Get rid of the pink hover on the navigation
-Background looks blurry and really low res
-Shrink your forum width
-Get a color scheme (To much red)
-Make the text smaller, I am not an old man

There is more but I don't have time to describe everyone. And again this is my opinion, not trying to be a dick just trying to help you improve your forums

I would agree with all of this, also, lose the drop shadow. Try using some brown on that theme. I made this over a year ago, but it's a good example of red and brown together.

Think the red is to bright to be honest.

Not really, the site's primary color is brown. Doesn't really give a good example of how to use red.

Well doesn't matter what color is primary it is an example of what kind of contrast and color scheme he should set in.
