The UI buttons are too big in my opinion and I don't like the triangle thing you got going on. Maybe add a splash of color but other than that nice work.

You don't need double navigation bars buddy. Just make the top navigation bar fixed to the page and you can have access to it anytime. Or just include a "slide to top" anchor at the bottom of the page. Other than that, and the triangle thing at the beginning, the others are fine.

Nah it is nice to have a navbar at the bottom BUT make it text only and very small links. Like 10pt or so.

Get rid of the hover state on the bottom links.
Also fix the rounded edges on the hover state up top. Make it like 4px.

How would a 'splash' of colour look behind that tear thing, looks? It's a little bland below the blue section, in my opinion.
