I don't like the red stroke, but I like the rest of it.

Both. It just clashes and makes it look very unprofessional.

The panda was OKAY, but the text killed it. But then when you remove the stroke from the text, it's gonna look bad with the panda, too..

Both, but i also recommend using a different gradient on the text
