the = a bridge in a sentence
Stars = Bright lights that hang in the sky
So really, the title should be:
Below the Bright lights that hang in the sky.
I feel like an idiot. How could I have missed that?!

Go to Filter, Blur, Gaussian Blur in Photoshop. You can adjust the severity of it there. I personally wouldn't recommend using gaussian blurs in most cases though.Saxaca wrote:Gaussian blurring! Even I know that word!
